Back orders:
Sometimes a product may be temporarily out of stock, please include a daytime contact number when ordering so that we may advise you of any delay.
Delivery:
Delivery is normally within 3-5 days after confirmation of payment, bank deposit must be made prior to order dispatch and will be sent in plain packaging by courier. Should you require a particular item by a certain date, please contact us and we will endeavor to meet your needs.
Refunds:
Due to the nature of the items we are selling we have a no refund policy but we supply all products on the basis we will meet our obligations within the terms of the consumers guarantees act.
